壓板
<H1>壓板</H1>主要用于刮板輸送機、轉載機，是輸送機通用的配件，壓板采用整體模鍛制造，壓板的主要作用是與刮板、螺栓、鏈條等聯接在一起，通過鏈條拉動在溜槽內循環運動，帶動煤炭運輸。壓板是通過在經過含有烷氧基硅烷衍生物和/或其縮合物的溶液浸漬處理得到的底材上，浸漬不含鹵系阻燃劑的熱固化性樹脂，加熱干燥得到預浸料坯，將此預浸料坯數片重疊，根據需要在其單側或雙側疊放銅箔，加熱加壓層疊制得。

【材用范質】： 40Cr，可根據客戶要求而定。
【案用范例】： 刮板輸送機
【使用說明】： 用橫梁（壓板）將刮板固定在鏈條上（組成刮板鏈），刮板鏈繞過鏈輪作無級閉合循環運行，完成煤炭的輸送。 |
